In 2015 Hines reinforced its position on the Polish investment market by closing Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) with total capitalization of €155million. HPSIF portfolio currently includes three office buildings in the Warsaw district of Mokotów – Ambassador Office Building, Nestlé House and Sky Office Center.

Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund represents Hines’ first fund concentrated solely on Poland. HPSIF is focused on income as a significant component of the return profile by acquiring high-quality properties with higher income yields than many other core Western-European countries. Acquired assets undergo improvement in terms of sustainability and operation and become green-certified.

After acquisition of each building Hines, in line with own sustainability program, takes market-unique measures to further minimize the environmental output assets. Hines green office standards (Hines GO) were implemented both at asset and tenant level while condition of green areas around the building has been improved.
